Intgrate · Field Service CRM Platform
Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 10, 2026 · Version 1.0
1.Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Routbox Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (“Routbox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of Intgrate — the field-service CRM platform accessible at intgrate.com and its related applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Routbox Inc. owns and operates Intgrate and other products, including Cynact.
3.Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Account administrators are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign, and those users’ compliance with these Terms.
- Notify us promptly at hello@intgrate.com of any unauthorized use.
4.Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Fees are charged to your selected payment method each billing cycle until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- We may change plan pricing or features on reasonable prior notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or downgraded.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any user to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any third party’s rights.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service except as permitted by law.
- Exceed documented rate limits or use the Service to store or transmit data you are not authorized to.
We may suspend accounts that violate this section to protect the Service and its users.
6.SMS and Text Messaging
The Service offers optional SMS/text-messaging functionality (delivered through our telecommunications provider, Twilio) that lets you send service-related messages to your own clients and contacts — such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling links, project and service updates, invoice notifications, and review requests. If you enable and use SMS, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.
6.1 Your Consent and Compliance Obligations
- You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining prior express consent from each recipient before sending SMS, and for honoring opt-outs.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and industry requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier / A2P 10DLC requirements.
- You will only message recipients with whom you have a direct relationship and appropriate consent, and only for the purposes they consented to. Consent must never be a condition of a purchase.
- You will not use the Service to send messages that are unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited by carriers (including SHAFT content: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, as restricted).
6.2 Opt-Out and Help
- Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may request help by replying HELP. The Service and/or its provider will honor these standard keywords.
- Message frequency varies by sender and use case. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.3 Platform Role and Mobile Data
Intgrate acts as the technology platform that transmits messages on your behalf; it does not control the content you send or your relationship with your recipients. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely to provide the messaging functionality and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend SMS features for conduct that risks carrier or legal non-compliance.
7.Your Data and Responsibilities
- You retain ownership of the data you and your users submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights and consents to provide it to us, including personal data about your own clients and contacts.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Routbox Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9.Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers — including Stripe (payments), Twilio (messaging), Google (authentication), Resend (email), and AI providers. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect related features.
10.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that messages will be delivered.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routbox Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routbox Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your messaging activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13.Termination
You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of Customer Data for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted.
14.Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify registered users by email or in-product notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
